Log in to My Dental Plan to verify your eligibility date and the start date of your dental plan.
You will also have access to your plan benefits summary, plan document and a link to your MetLife benefits log in page. All you need to get started is your MetLife member ID number, name (or your employee ID number) and your date of birth.
Information about your ID number
You may enter the 9-digit MetLife ID number, as shown on your MetLife dental ID card, or you may enter your college or university employee ID number.
